Stacy Nauta  

 

Stacy began her gymnastics training here at SGA and competed in high school in Spearfish where she earned her varsity letter and

because of her excellent leadership qualities Stacy

was voted team captain for

the Varsity Gymnastics Team.  Stacy is married and lives here in Spearfish with her husband  J.D.

Tristen Upward

Tristen grew up in Vermillion SD and was a member of the Vermillion High Gymnastics Team for 6 years.  During her competitive career she was voted to the SD Big 8 Conference team for 4 years.  Tristen spent 4 years teaching for the Vermillion Parks and Rec Gymnastics Program and is currently pursuing a Journalism and Computer Publishing Degree at Black Hills State.

Jessica Smith

Jessica hails from Edgewood, CO  where she trained  at Wheatridge Gymnastics Academy for 6 years.  Jessica has always enjoyed working with children and spends her spare time working at the BHSU Daycare.

She plans on graduating from BHSU with a degree in Human Services and Sociology with a minor in Psychology.

Molly Manning

Molly comes to SGA by way of Vermillion where she competed on the Vermillion High School Team for 6 years.  She was co-captain with Tristen.

Molly coached at the Vermillion Parks and Rec program for 4 years and is currently in her 4th year of teaching for SGA.

She is a student at Black Hills State University and is looking forward to pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine

  Arian Nelson

Ariana started her gymnastics career as a competitor with Rising Star Gymnastics In Rapid City South Dakota.  Eventually moving to SGA she was an integral part of The Level 6 and Level 8 State Championship Teams.  Ariana continued to excel qualifying to the Regional Champions at both Level 8 and Level 9. She is currently attending Black Hills State University.

Kallie Baum

Kallie  comes to SGA from a strong gymnastics background as a competitor for 14 years in Rapid City.  For 10 years at Rising Star Gymnastics and then for Central High School.  While competing for Central she placed in the top 8 for  2 years.

She is First Aid and CPR certified and is currently attending Black Hills University.

Eryn O’Connel

Erin was a competitive gymnast in Rapid City for 9 years competing with Just Jymnastics and ending her career at Central High School.  She is First Aid and CPR certified and is currently attending Black Hills University where she is pursing an undergraduate degree with her eyes on a future in the Medical Field as a Nurse.

Alison Keim

Alison is originally from Norman Oklahoma where she started gymnastics at age 6 and trained with some of the best gymnasts in the country, Bart Conner, Nadia Comaneci and Shannon Miller.  She was a USA goodwill ambassador at the 1992 Worlds Fair in Serville, Spain and traveled to Morocco as well.  Alison currently works at BHSU and lives with her husband and daughter in Spearfish
